once again clinched the crown of "Asia's
Best Resort Hotel" award for the second time
presented by the Asiamoney 2001 Business Travel
Poll. The flagship spa resort of Banyan Tree Hotels
and Resorts also took home the title of "Asia's
Best Health Spa", a new category this year.
Asiamoney's annual ninth business travel poll
reveals the best hotels and carriers in the Asia
Pacific region. The results from the Poll were
tabulated from readers' surveys from countries
including Hong Kong, Singapore, North Asia, South
East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Glowing tributes to Banyan Tree Phuket by respondents
included compliments on the spa resort's "wonderful
environment" and how "its services are
the best you can possibly find in any resort".
