How can I enjoy my membership discount
privileges?
You must present the membership card to
enjoy the discounts and privileges. Spa
members enjoy discount privileges for all
spa treatments and beauty services.
Are the membership discount privileges
transferable?
Membership discounts and privileges are
not transferable. Discount for spa packages
is applicable for both Single and Couple
Packages. However, both the member and partner
must utilize the spa package in the same
treatment room.
When are the off-peak hours for
the spas? I will like to enjoy my 30% discount
privileges for spa packages during off-peak
hours.
Off-Peak hour varies from spa to spa and
from season to season. Please enquire with
the spa direct when making your spa reservations.
Kindly note that spa packages must be completed
within the off-peak hours to qualify for
the 30% discount privilege.
Can my membership discount privileges be
used together with other promotions?
Spa member’s discount privileges cannot
be used in conjunction with any other discounts
or promotions except for in-house promotion.
Only members are entitled to an additional
10% discount of any in-house promotion (eg
Massage of the Week).
How many guests can I bring along
to enjoy the 10% discount privilege?
Members may bring in up to 3 guests per
day for them to enjoy the 10% discount privilege
for spa treatment except hand, foot and
beauty services. Members must personally
bring the guests to the spa, although the
member may not need to have any spa treatment
with their friends.
I will like to spend a holiday at
Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts. Do I enjoy
special rates?
Members enjoy a 20% discount off the published
rack rate at any Banyan Tree Hotels and
Resorts subject to selected black-out periods
and conditions. After
you have made your hotel reservations, do
remember to bring along your membership
card present it upon check-in for verification.
Otherwise, the special rates offered to
spa members will not apply.
Do I enjoy F&B discount privileges
during my holidays at Banyan Tree Hotels
and Resorts?
Yes, you do enjoy 10% discount off food
and beverages at Banyan Tree Hotels and
Resorts. Kindly note that the discount privilege
is applicable only for food and beverages
consume at the restaurant and not applicable
for room services. Also, please present
your membership card before making your
order.
Do I enjoy discount privileges at
Banyan Tree Gallery or the Museum Shop by
Banyan Tree?
Yes. Banyan Tree Spa members enjoy 20% discount
off gift items (except, CDs, jewellery,
sales and consignment items) at Banyan
Tree Gallery or the Museum
Shop by Banyan Tree.
