1.
Get to know us
Read up on our philosophy, our treatments and
the tips and advice given on this site. Find out
what are some of the basic etiquette expected
of our spa guests.
It would help if you have an idea of what you
hope to achieve at the end of your spa session.
Ask yourself if it's simple relaxation or tension
relief you're seeking? Or do you wish to improve
your skin? Is there a particular problem area
e.g. back, feet you wish to pamper? Consider too,
how much time you'll be able to spend at our spa
as this will help determine the treatment options
you have. Don't be too worried if you have not
decided on what you'd like to try at this stage,
our receptionists would be happy to discuss your
needs with you. |

2.
Choose your kind of spa indulgence
If you have a clear idea of what you want, then
comes the fun part of deciding how to pamper yourself.
Ideally, for a first visit, you'd want to try
one of our Spa Packages to experience the full
spectrum of Banyan Tree Spa services. For all-out
pampering, The Banyan Day is perfect if you have
a whole day to spare. Alternatively, you may opt
for one of our shorter packages.
For
starters, the Royal Banyan, Harmony Banyan, Rejuvenation
or Renewal packages are perfect as introductory
experiences. Then, on your next visit, you may
wish to experiment with one of our Time Honored
Traditions. If relaxing tired and tensed muscles
is top priority, then a massage may be in order.
Ask the therapist questions to determine what
kind would be best. If you'd like to improve your
skin, a facial or beauty treatment may be what
you want. Again, ask questions. Share your needs
with our receptionist and listen to her suggestions. |
