Massage
With the refreshing aroma of Sandalwood,
Jasmine and Clary Sage, Earth Oil complements
the deep-tissue Balinese Massage. Earth
Oil is applied for pampering strained muscles
while the massage soothes sore muscles and
improves energy flow. |

A full body European classic, the Swedish
Massage works on the muscles and key meridian
lines to eliminate toxins and reduce tension.
Our Gold Oil is a blend of Frankincense,
harmonised with Camphor and calming Patchouli

A gentle massage specifically devised for
sensitive skin, using long palm strokes
and thumb pressure to relieve tired muscles.
Island Dew Massage uses Water Oil, a blend
of Geranium, Rosemary & Cypress for

leave the oil on the skin. |

Massage
A medium to strong pressure massage that
uses intense strokes to improve and tone
muscles for better mobility and flexibility.
The Sports Massage is complemented with
Wood Oil, using blends of Sandalwood, Cedarwood
and Benzoin to inspire creativity. The essential
oils are reminiscent of the breath of Spring. |

palm and elbows applied in rhythmic grace

| Etiquette:
The Spa is a retreat for your body,
mind and spirit. Out of consideration for
others, we request that visitors keep noise
to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our
spa retreat to complete relaxation. Switching
off cellular phones and other electronic
devices disconnects you from the mobile
world, if only just for a few hours, but
would help take your mind off worldly concerns. |

| Gift
Certificates: Gift Certificates for our
spa treatments are valid for 3 months. |
| |
| Reservations:
We recommend that you book well in advance
ofyour arrival to secure your preferred
date and time of treatment. A credit card
number is required at the time of booking. |

| Check
In: Please check in at the spa reception
at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to avoid reduced treatment times. |
| |
| Spa
treatment hours: The
spa rooms open from 10am to 12 midnight;
last treatment at the spa ends at 12 midnight. |
| |
| Special
Consideration: If you have high blood
pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant
or have any other medical complications,
may we advise you to consult your doctor
before signing up for any spa services.
Please make your spa therapist aware of
any medical conditions. |

| Smoking
and Alcohol: Out of consideration to
other guests, please refrain from smoking
and consuming alcohol within the spa premises.
Alcohol dehydrates the body and will undo
any hydrating benefits of our treatments. |

| Valuables:
A secure box for valuables is provided in
the treatment pavilions and rooms, but we
recommend that no jewellery be worn at the
spa. The management accepts no responsibility
for the loss of money or valuables of any
kind brought into the spa premises. |

| Cancellation
Policy:
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required
to help us reschedule your appointment,
subject to space availability. Any cancellation
with less than 4 hours' notice will incur
a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will
be imposed for a "no-show".

| Refund
Policy:Treatment package and spa memberships
are non-refundable, non-transferable or
non-exchangeables. |

| Payment:
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
All prices are quoted in Renminbi and are
subject to a service charge of 15%. Prices
are subject to change without prior notice. |
