Out of consideration for others, maywe respectfully
request that all visitors keep noise to
a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa
retreat to complete relaxation. Switching
off cellular phones and other electronic
devices disconnects you from the mobile
world, if only just for a few hours, but
would help take your mind off worldly concerns. |

| Gift
Certificates: Gift Certificates for
our spa treatments are available. Please
get more information from our receptionist. |

| Reservations: We recommend that you book well in advance
ofyour arrival to secure your preferred
date and time of treatment. A credit card
number is required at the time of booking. |

| Check
In: Please check in at the spa reception
at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to avoid reduced treatment times. |

| |
| Spa
treatment hours: The spa pavilions and
rooms open from 10am to 10pm; last treatment
at the spa ends at 10pm while in-villa treatment
ends at 10pm. In-villa spa treatments are
available from 10am at a surcharge of 10%
per person based on published prices; last
in-villa treatment ends at 10pm. |

| Special
Consideration: If
you have high blood pressure, heart conditions,
allergies, are pregnant or have any other
medical complications, may we advise you
to consult your doctor before signing up
for any spa services. Please make your spa
therapist aware of any medical conditions. |

| Smoking
and Alcohol: Out of consideration to
other guests, please refrain from smoking
and consuming alcohol within the spa premises.
Alcohol dehydrates the body and will undo
any hydrating benefits of our treatments. |

| Child
Policy: The spa is a retreat for
your body, mind and soul. By creating an
environment of tranquility and serenity,
we hope to provide a true sanctuary for
the senses for our guests. To ensure complete
relaxation, the Spa and Tamarind restaurant
are designated non-smoking areas for adults
only. |

| Valuables: A
secure box for valuables is provided in
the treatment pavilions and rooms, but we
recommend that no jewellery be worn at the
spa. The management accepts no responsibility
for the loss of money or valuables of any
kind brought into the spa premises. |

Cancellation
Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice
is required to help us reschedule your appointment,
subject to space availability. Any cancellation
with less than 4 hours' notice will incur
a 50% cancellation fee.
Full charges will be imposed for a "no-show". |

| Refund
Policy: Treatment packagess and spa
memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable
or non-exchangeable. |

| Payment: We accept cash and all major credit cards.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and
are subject to a service charge and applicable
government tax. Prices are subject to change
without prior notice. |
