Fitness Programs
The following is a selection of private & group fitness programs that can be arranged during your stay with us. As these activities are conducted outdoors and they are subject to prevailing weather conditions, different programs may be offered each day. Your Spa Consultant will advise you and assist in planning your participation in these tour programs.
 
 
GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM
 
Power Beach Walk
Time: 9am - 10am
Venue: Beach (subject to weather conditions)

Join our professional fitness team for a brisk and healthy beach walk and take in the views of beautiful Laguna Phuket. This cardio activity stimulates blood circulation and refreshes the mind and body.
 
Stretching Class
Time: 10am - 10:30am
Venue: Gym or Sands (near the beach and subject to weather conditions)

Learn to stretch your body with our unique combination of stretch exercises, which refresh and rejuvenate your mind and body. This class is excellent for reducing muscle tension and improving flexibility.
 
Aquacise
Time: 11am - 12noon
Venue: Main Pool

Join us for a fun and exciting aerobic workout using water instead of gravity as the medium. This is an ideal form of exercise for both beginners and those seeking an aerobic experience that liberates you both physically and mentally.
 
 
GROUP WELLNESS PROGRAM
(Includes a basic half-hour meditation class)
 
Yoga - Pilates:
Time: 8:30am - 10am
Venue: Yoga Pavilion (located next to the gym)

A fusion of two of the best fitness regimes – the breathing and meditation techniques of Yoga and the body conditioning benefits of Pilates.

This fun workout consists of a flow of different postures and movements that help in the development of back and abdominal muscles. It also increases flexibility by lengthening and strengthening the body muscles. Specific breathing techniques are practiced to promote mental focusing and centering, creating a sense of awareness.
 
Therapeutic Yoga:
Time: 10:30am - 12noon
Venue: Yoga Pavilion (located next to the gym)

Invigorate the mind with a series of slow and steady postures in sync with breathing that stretches the muscles and aids in the development of flexibility. Helps promote blood circulation and releases energy blocks from different parts of the body.

Offered between 2pm – 6 pm (end of session)

Offered between 1pm - 8pm (end of session)
 
Yoga for Joint Mobility
60 minutes

A series of techniques to loosen up and eliminate energy blockage in the joints. Recommended for those with rheumatic pains.
 
Yoga for Back Pain
60 minutes

A sequence of postures and breathing techniques that provide a good stretch for the back muscles and increase suppleness. Helps to tone the nerves of the spine, relieves lumbago and muscular spasms.
 
Yoga for Stress Management
60 minutes

A combination of postures and breathing techniques that place the physical body in positions that enhance relaxation and concentration while creating a sense of awareness.
 
 

 
Please note:
- Kindly make an advance booking for your preferred yoga lesson.
- Reservations must be made upon check-in into the Spa Pool Villa.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Please inform the instructor of any health conditions.
- Maximum of 6 participants for each yoga group session.
- Please wear comfortable clothing like a pair of loose trousers or track pants with a T-shirt.
- Have your meal at least one hour before commencing any fitness or wellness activity.
- No jewelry should be worn. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought to the activities above.
