Royal Banyan

This signature therapy draws on the massage traditions used for centuries in the Royal Thai Palaces. Our therapist begins with an oil-free Thai acupressure massage to improve blood circulation and alleviate muscle tension. Banyan Herbal Pouches, filled with lemongrass, cloves and coriander, are then used to apply warm Sesame Oil to the body while the Banyan massage, using East-meets-West techniques, contributes to the balancing of mind, body and soul.

Harmony Banyan

Thai Ginger Healer

Javanese Lulur

Often described as the 'queen' of body treatments, the Javanese Lulur has been practised in the palaces of central Java since the 17th century and was used by Javanese brides as a purifying ritual before marriage. The treatment starts with a traditional Balinese deep-tissue massage with strong strokes that improve energy flow. This is followed by a Lulur scrub with its golden colour reflecting its main ingredient, turmeric, which has unique cleansing properties. The body is then coated in a cool yoghurt splash to cleanse and nourish the skin.

Specially created upon request, the Royal Vabbinfaru massage is a deep tissue massage that uses strong pressure to reduce tension in the body. The therapist expertly manoeuvres a series of strokes incorporating knuckles, elbows and palms to deliver soothing relief to tired muscles and joints. The massage is followed by a red rice scrub, which also comprises yoghurt, honey and fresh milk to absorb excess oil and nourish the skin. | Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking. |

In: Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment times. |

| Spa Treatment Hours: The spa pavilions and room open from 9am to 8pm; last treatment ends at 8pm. In-villa spa treatment are available at published rates plus a 10% surcharge. After operating hours, there is a 50% surcharge for in-villa treatments. |

| Special Consideration: Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions. |

| Smoking
and Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa is prohibited. |

| Valuables: A secure box for valuables is provided in the treatment pavilions and rooms, but we recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises. |

| Cancellation
Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a "no-show". |

Policy: Treatment package and spa memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable. |
