Aerobox
This unique and challenging fitness workout combines martial arts, aerobics and dance movements to a variety of music rhythms. A one-hour class consisting of a series of fun jabs, punches, kicks and steps, choreographed in a series of eight-count combinations.

Arts and Cultural Program
Learn about the arts and culture of Thailand through this fun and exciting program. It offers you an excellent opportunity to acquaint yourself with the making of traditional Thai arts and crafts. Learn about the stories and legends behind these cultural festivities, and go away with knowledge few have encountered!

Circuit Training
This session offers a combination of Aerobic and weight training, which is designed to help improve your general fitness. With minimal breaks in between exercises, it targets several different muscles and works with those muscles to increase the intensity of your workout. Circuit training pushes you towards optimum fitness, while challenging your strength.

Early Bird Jog
Enjoy the cool temperatures of sunrise with a jog along some of our specially designed tracks.The Early Bird Jog provides a variety of health benefits, including cardiovascular conditioning, muscle flexibility and strength. It also relieves stress, and prevents osteoporosis, heart disease and arthritis. Although jogging requires a bit more commitment and discipline, its rewards bring about perceptible improvements in endurance and strength.

Kayak Adventure Tour
Enjoy a fun and exciting paddle in our lovely Laguna Phuket Lagoon and experience the scenic beauty of the surroundings. Visit the other four resorts within the vicinity and learn more about Laguna Phuket’s interesting history.

Local Bike Tour Experience
Cycle your way around Laguna Phuket and experience the way the Thai people live around Bangtao Village. Watch buffaloes graze in the muddy fields along the way, before heading off to the local market where local people bargain for their wares.You will also visit the famous Wat Chalong temple, one of the biggest temples in Phuket.

Low Impact Aerobics
Try our low impact aerobics class which strengthens your heart and lungs and helps you maintain good muscle tone. The main goal of aerobics is to push your pulse rate, to reach a training rate that is appropriate for your age. Low-impact aerobics consists of movements that involve large muscle groups used in continuous rhythmic activity, with at least one foot in contact with the floor at all times.

Low Impact Aquacise
Join us for a fun and exciting aerobic workout using water instead of gravity as the medium. This is an ideal form of exercise for both beginners and for those seeking an experience that liberates you both physically and mentally.

Nordic Walk
Nordic Walk is great way to keep fit using two specially designed poles to work the upper body. Similar to cross country skiing, the poles are used by the arms to match each step that you take. This fun and easy-to-do cardio workout increases your heart rate without increasing your perceived rate of exertion. You get a good workout without feeling like you are working any harder.

Power Walk
Join our professional Fitness team for a brisk and healthy power walk along the beach and selected walkways, while you soak in the beautiful sights and sounds of Laguna Phuket. This fun cardio workout stimulates blood circulation and refreshes your mind and body.

Step Aerobic
Step aerobics offers a great cardio workout and increases the body's consumption of oxygen.This is a fun and low impact workout that causes less stress to the joints, compared to running or jogging.

Stretching Class
Learn to stretch your body with our unique combination of stretching exercises to refresh and rejuvenate your mind and body. This class is excellent for reducing muscle tension and improving flexibility.

Trekking Experience
Enjoy a picturesque stroll through the local villages of Bangtao and head up to Layan Mountain, where you will visit rubber tree and pineapple plantations. Take in the spectacular views of the Andaman Sea and Laguna Phuket Resorts.

Yoga and Meditation
Held in the sanctuary of a tranquil environment, our yoga instructor will guide you through a series of breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques, gentle stretching and yoga postures (asanas) – all performed slowly and consciously with the focus on developing your inner awareness.
