60-minute session
Yoga For Joint Mobility (THB 1000++)
A series of techniques to improve mobility of the joints while eliminates energy blockages in the body. This class is also suitable for people with rheumatic condition.
Yoga For Back Pain (THB 1000++) Systematic sideward, backward bending to stretch, strengthen and supple your entire back with a sequence of postures and breathing techniques.
Yoga For Stress Management (THB 1000++)
A combination of postures and breathing techniques to place the body in positions that helps one to relax, concentrate while creating a sense of awareness.
Yoga Specials will be conducted from Wednesdays to Sundays.
From 11am to 4pm (last session ends at 5pm).
Please note:
- Kindly make advance booking for your preferred yoga lesson.
- Wear comfortable clothing like a pair of loose pants or track pants with T-shirt.
- Have your meal at least 2 hours before commencing on a yoga session is highly recommended.
- Please inform the yoga instructor should there be any health concerns and conditions.
- No jewellery to be worn at the spa. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
- Maximum of 5 participants for each group session.
- Price quoted is based on per person basis. (subject to availability)
